For equipping partners, Symantec has designed various programs and tools for channel partners. Symantec partners can have benefit of Symantec University which is an online tool to help them in training, sales, and solutions. Along with Sym University, Symantec is offering Partner Net to connect with partners. Under Partner Net, there is a tool for partners called Sym Brain which allow partners to relate customer’s issues and find solutions for the problem to offer its consumer complete consultancy for any business related problems.
As a part of enablement, the company has started new initiative to specializing partners. They announce different accreditation for different level of specialization. What partners can expect from Symantec in 2010 is training and enablement, margin and schemes, rewards and multiple tools to help them.
Besides, Symantec is offering large product portfolio of system, security and storage to offer consolidated solutions to customers. The registry is a database which stores information and settings for Windows, allowing it to recall many different details about your PC. The problem is that since your computer needs to use 100′s of registry files each time you use your computer, any errors or corrupt registry files will result in your computer being unable to read the files it needs.

To fix this, you can use a ‘registry cleaner’ to detox your PC and flush out all the damaged registry errors that are inside it, allowing it to speed up. Vista Runs Slowly?

Do you find that your Vista computer which used to be fast suddenly runs slowly currently? You might get advice to upgrade your RAM to 2 or 3 GB in order to speed up your slow Vista computer. First is to use the “msconfig” demand to disable some unneeded startup application. The excessive startup items are the main cause for a slow vista startup. So it is a good idea to timely uninstall the useless programs/ folder from the computer to avoid problem like Vista runs slowly. You can easily uninstall programs from “Programs and Features”, and then clear the system junks by using the built-in Disk Cleanup Utility.
Fourth is to increase file-accessing time. If a hard drive becomes too fragmented, it will make vista runs slowly at startup or running big applications because it will take more time for the hard disk heads to reach the related data.
